Making food is not a strong skill of mine. But, the Covid19 and isolation time, helped me to become better.
There is roti, also known as chappathi. I love making it.
I got the Atta flour.
For an added interest, I used chopped spinach also.
Chopped spinach is from No Frills, and it was frozen.
Thawed spinach, and flour used for making dough. I didn't add oil to make dough. It is fine with just water and salt.
Made small dough balls and roll them flat circles.
Lovely to see. Cook on a hot pan on stove top. I didn't use any oil at all. Turn sides and cook. You can have it with some sort of curry. Or can make sandwich.
